Rhonda Joy McLean is President and CEO of RJMLEADS LLC, a leadership development and career advancement consulting company based in New York.  An experienced attorney and senior corporate executive, she is the former Deputy General Counsel of Time Inc., a global media company, where she managed one-third of the Law Department and provided legal counsel to more than 200 clients for nearly 20 years, including TIME, People, Sports Illustrated, Fortune, Money, Essence and other popular brands.  A noted public speaker, she is also the co-author of the best-selling book series “The Little Black Book of Success: Laws of Leadership for Black Women.”  In July, 2020, she was appointed to the Board of Advisors of the Transformative Leadership Program at Pace University.
