Gina Yard is a Learning and Development Manager with over 10 years’ experience creating successful company culture and building an effective workforce.  Recently transitioning from an Operations expert, to full-time Learning & Development at Firmdale Hotels, she has found her true calling.  An up-and-coming leader in the field, she takes an iterative approach to curriculum development, based on both success and failures.  Gina is a graduate of Columbia Business School and Cornell University.
